The operation boasts over 25 years experience serving the UK rolling stock sector and has been the subject of continual investment during this period – the latest being in a Wheel Reprofiling Machine, CNC Boring and Shrink Fit facilities and the introduction of dynamic balancing equipment for passenger-rated wheel sets. Workshop optimisation using Kaisen methods and the adoption of ‘lean manufacturing’ processes allied to excellent storage facilities enables the operation to achieve its mission – To deliver quality-based products and services that exceed the expectations of customers.
